“In 1995, my law partner James Vance and I started our law firm in a small office in Bellevue, Washington, hoping that blending the practices of a business attorney with a patent attorney and focusing on serving start-up companies would make it, and perhaps even be successful. Here we are 30 years later, thanks to the amazing efforts of our many employees past and present and our wonderful clients,” said co-founder H. Troy Romero.
Over the past 30 years, Romero Park P.S. has grown from its modest beginnings providing solely business legal services primarily to companies and people living in the Puget Sound to now providing a wide range of business and litigation services to companies and people throughout the Western United States. It has also expanded its team member footprint, from having all its employees living in the Puget Sound area and working in a single office to now living and working in multiple states and basing their efforts out of the firm’s primary offices located in Kent, Washington and San Diego, California.
“The growth of the firm can be attributed not only to our great team, but also to our great clients, many of whom have grown with us over the past 3 decades,” said Romero. “We have incorporated and served well over 1000 companies during our firm’s history, some of which have gone from start-up to generating 9 figures of gross income annually. Our amazing clients’ growth has spurned our own, as the firm has grown to accommodate the growth of our clients to be able to assist them with all their business needs.”
The firm plans on commemorating its 30th anniversary throughout the year with a series of press releases, flashbacks to great events that have occurred over the years, and giving special thanks to each of its clients who have made the firm a strong business partner for companies primarily located in Washington and California.
