Overview

Sean Costa is an associate attorney at Romero Park, P.S. He is on the business litigation team with cases all throughout California. Before joining Romero Park, Sean practiced for several years in Los Angeles dealing primarily with various insurance defense matters, ranging from premise liability to personal injury cases. He is very excited to transfer over his litigation skills to the always exciting and ever-changing business law landscape.

Sean earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Sean was a Senior Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal and had his comment “The Current State of Gene Doping and the Future of Gene Therapy Regulations” published. He additionally served as the Vice President of Sports for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, where he hosted several on-campus events with the intention of introducing sports and entertainment law professionals to law students.
